Event requests may only be scheduled one year in advance.*

At the discretion of GSD, service charges may be applied to events that require additional resources to ensure the safety and security of the public and the event.

By submitting this event permit request, I acknowledge that I have read and understand, and will adhere to the General Services Division Standards of Conduct and Permit Information. I agree to pay any required fees, to the conditions of this permit, the Conduct Policy for State Space and State grounds in Helena, as well as any additional instructions provided by General Services Division.

Submission of this form is not a guaranteed reservation. A member of GSD will be in contact with you regarding your reservation request.*

*The Governor's Office, Legislature and State agencies have priority to hold functions in State buildings and on State grounds. GSD may cancel or adjust the time of a permitted event in the Capitol or on Capitol grounds should a conflict occur. If this happens, GSD will notify the event organizer as soon as possible, and every effort will be made to allow for rescheduling the event.

General Services Division reserves the right to relocate, alter, or cancel events at the discretion of the Campus Security Director, based on public safety and/or security concerns.
