Welcome to State of Montana County Collections

County Collections Reporting is moving to TAP (Transaction Portal)

Last day to use the County Collections Reporting System (CCRS) is April 20. TAP will be available for county collections reporting starting April 21.

After April 20, you can still sign in to CCRS, but you cannot file or make changes.

Access to County Collections is by invitation only. To request an invitation, contact the Montana Department of Revenue at DORSecurityOffice@mt.gov.

County Collections has a new sign-in experience

The State of Montana is moving to a different method of signing into applications. Okta, formerly ePass Montana, is the State of Montana’s new secure login platform.

If you have signed into County Collections using ePass in the past, click: Activate your login.mt.gov (Okta) account

Note: Click "Sign In" to go to login.mt.gov.
