1. Identify the Public Water System (PWS): Locate your system by selecting the PWS ID or Name from the respective dropdown menus, or by manually entering the PWS ID in the text field provided. Note: Please utilize only one of these methods to prevent data discrepancies.

  2. Configure Date Parameters: If necessary, adjust the start and end dates to reflect the specific timeframe required for your data analysis.

  3. Generate the Report: Click the "View Report" button, located to the right of the parameter selection list.

  4. Export the Document: Once the report has generated, it may be viewed in the browser; however, for optimal readability, downloading is recommended. To export, click the dropdown arrow adjacent to the floppy disk icon and select your preferred file format (e.g., PDF or Microsoft Word).
