This portal should ONLY be used for Tax Year 2025 and earlier filings, endorsements, cancellations, tax payments and statements.

Starting January 1st, 2026, you must use SLIP+ For States for 2026 Tax Year and later filings, endorsements, cancellations, tax payments and statements.

All producers may obtain their Tax Year 2025 tax statement here on March 1, 2026.

Producers should review their 2025 tax statement for accuracy and contact the CSI Surplus Lines team directly at 406‐444‐2020 or email producerlicensing@mt.gov with any questions, concerns or corrections.
