Duties:

You'll be responsible for administrative support and customer service functions.  An important role of this position is greeting visitors in our controlled access lobby, answering phone calls and providing information or directions to callers. 

 

Often times the public will need assistance with contact information and this position will be the first point of contact and representation of the Department.  When you aren't busy with telephone calls and customer inquiries, you will assist division personnel with data and accounts payable duties.

 

 

 

Competencies:

We are seeking someone who has demonstrated excellent customer service skills, particularly dealing with public; ability to multi-task and prioritize; maintain professional demeanor as a Department representative; and general knowledge of accounting procedures. 

 

Education/Experience:

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent AND 2 years minimum work-related experience in customer service, bookkeeping, and data management.
