Synopsis: |
The STATE OF MONTANA, Department of Natural Resources and Conservation (DNRC) (hereinafter referred to as “the State”) is soliciting bids for Road Maintenance, Forest Improvement, HCP Compliance and related services on the Northwestern Land Office to include the following Units: Swan Unit, Stillwater Unit, Libby Unit, Kalispell and Plains Units as shown on Attachment A.
The intent of the agreement is to secure Road Maintenance and other services on a call-when-needed basis to perform a variety of tasks, including but not limited to construction of fire lines, support of prescribed burns, watershed restoration, maintenance of physical facilities, including roads, and occasional construction and reconstruction projects. Smaller brush piling and scarification projects may also be included.

From the date this Inivitation for Bid (IFB) is issued until an offeror is selected and announced by the procurement officer, offerors shall not communicate with any state staff regarding this procurement, except at the direction of Gwen Ungerman, the procurement officer in charge of the solicitation. Any unauthorized contact may disqualify the offeror from further consideration.
