Synopsis: |
The MONTANA STATE FUND, (hereinafter referred to as “MSF”) is seeking the professional services of a full-service marketing and advertising agency to work as a collaborative partner in the development and implementation of a comprehensive marketing program to generally inform the public about MSF on a regular basis; enhance its overall image; and describe the benefits of doing business with MSF. A more complete description of the services sought for this project is provided in Section 3, Scope of Services.
