Synopsis: |
The STATE OF MONTANA, Montana Board of Oil and Gas, (hereinafter referred to as “the State”) is seeking a contractor to provide services under the 2011 NORTHERN-EASTERN DISTRICT ORPHANED WELL PLUG & ABANDONMENT & SITE RESTORATION. Requirements to provide well servicing either owned or subcontracted to plug orphaned wells and dirt equipment either owned or subcontracted to complete surface restoration at these well sited. A more complete description of the supplies and/or services sought for this project is provided in Section 3, Scope of Project. Proposals submitted in response to this solicitation must comply with the instructions and procedures contained herein.

From the date this Request for Proposal (RFP) is issued until an offeror is selected and announced by the procurement officer, offerors shall not communicate with any state staff regarding this procurement, except at the direction of Gwen Ungerman, the procurement officer in charge of the solicitation. Any unauthorized contact may disqualify the offeror from further consideration.
