Synopsis: |
The Department of Administration, State Procurement Bureau is considering a request from the Department of Environmental Quality, Industrial and Energy Minerals Bureau to award a sole source contract to Deep End Solutions, L.L.C. for development of ePermitting and Remote Access services. The ePermitting and Remote Access services are for IEMB’s Coal and Uranium Program and U.S. Office of Surface Mining (OSM) and will include web-enabling and integrating electronic permitting capabilities into the existing Permitting and Compliance and Bond Calculation (Phase 1) applications.

The State Procurement Bureau will accept written comments from potential vendors who believe they have the knowledge and/or experience necessary to fulfill the required services. This is not a request for competitive proposals. Any vendor who is interested in providing these services to the State of Montana is invited to provide a detailed description of their company, experience, and knowledge of the environment/applications described above.
