Synopsis: |
The STATE OF MONTANA, Department of Natural Resources and Conservation (hereinafter referred to as “the State” or DNRC) is soliciting bids for janitorial services at the Northwestern Land Office.
The contract work consists of furnishing all management, labor, equipment, tools, materials and supplies to provide janitorial services for the DNRC, Northwestern Land Office located at 655 Timberwolf Parkway, Kalispell, Montana. The specific areas include the first floor, east end and the first floor, south wing.
A more complete description of the supplies and/or services sought is provided in Section 4 of this IFB. Bids submitted in response to this solicitation must comply with the instructions and procedures contained herein.

From the date this Inivitation for Bid (IFB) is issued until an offeror is selected and announced by the procurement officer, offerors shall not communicate with any state staff regarding this procurement, except at the direction of Gwen Ungerman, the procurement officer in charge of the solicitation. Any unauthorized contact may disqualify the offeror from further consideration.
