Synopsis: |
The STATE OF MONTANA, Department of Natural Resources and Conservation (hereinafter referred to as “the State” or DNRC) is soliciting bids for janitorial services at the Southern Land Office.
The contract work consists of furnishing all management, labor, equipment, tools, materials and supplies to provide janitorial services for the DNRC, Southern Land Office located at 1371 Rimtop Drive, Billings Montana. The specific areas include the first floor, east end and the first floor, south wing.
The office space covered under this contract consists of a small entryway, 10 offices, two conference rooms, large open office area, one men’s room, one small office off the mechanic’s shop and a small bathroom each in the shop area and in the fire office area.
A more complete description of the supplies and/or services sought is provided in Section 4 of this IFB. Bids submitted in response to this solicitation must comply with the instructions and procedures contained herein.
