is seeking contractors to provide HIV prevention online outreach services to the following targeted populations living in rural areas of Montana: HIV positive (HIV+) individuals and their at-risk partners, and men who have unprotected sex with men (MSM). The purpose of the Montana Outreach Referral and Education Project is to reduce the number of Montanans who become HIV positive or re-infected with HIV, by addressing behavioral risk factors through designed intervention activities.
