Synopsis: |
The STATE OF MONTANA, Department of Natural Resources and Conservation, DNRC, (hereinafter referred to as “the State”) is seeking a contractor to provide the removal of four bridge piers located in the Blackfoot River. Once removed, the waste material is to be transported to the Missoula landfill. A more complete description of the services for this project is provided in Section 3, Scope of Project. Proposals submitted in response to this solicitation must comply with the instructions and procedures contained herein.

A mandatory Pre-Proposal Site Tour will be conducted at the project site on November 16, 2011 at 1:30 P.M. We will meet at the Town Pump parking lot in Milltown. Offerors are encouraged to use this opportunity to ask clarifying questions, obtain a better understanding of the project, and to notify the State of any ambiguities, inconsistencies, or errors discovered upon examination of this RFP. All responses to questions during the Pre-Proposal Site Tour will be oral and in no way binding on the State. Proposal responses from any offeror failing to participate in the mandatory Pre-Proposal Site Tour will not be considered.
