The Department of Administration, State Procurement Bureau is considering a request from Health Care and Benefits Division (HCBD), Department of Administration, to award a sole source contract to New West Health Services to provide a Medicare Advantage Medical Plan to Medicare eligible retirees currently receiving health insurance coverage from the State of Montana under the authority of section 18-4-306, MCA.
