Synopsis: |
The Beaverhead Watershed Committee (BWC)/Beaverhead Conservation District (BCD) is seeking a
contractor to provide design and construction of a spring creek restoration project. The Lower Stone Creek
Restoration project is a locally led stream restoration effort aimed at improving water quality and fisheries in the
lower 0.5-mile of Stone Creek, tributary to the Beaverhead River. The confluence of Stone Creek is located
approximately 8 miles North of Dillon. This project will restore and protect the riparian corridor. The project
will also focus on expanding fishery benefits and will be implemented in concert with the MFWP fishery
biologist.
