Synopsis: |
The Montana State Fund is pleased to invite you to submit a response for providing Durable Medical Equipment to injured employees suffering from injuries or occupational diseases under the Workers’ Compensation Act of Montana through preferred provider contracts with Durable Medical Equipment suppliers. These will be nonexclusive contracts. MSF may enter into contracts with more than one Contractor, and may enter into contracts with additional Contractors at any time. MSF does not guarantee any number of referrals under this agreement. Services may begin July 1, 2007.
